How cancellations and refunds work for memberships, events and programs.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for memberships, event tickets and digital programs. It is written to be fair and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Billing. Membership is available on a monthly or annual plan and renews automatically until you cancel. The price you join at is the price you keep for as long as your membership stays active.
Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Your access continues until the end of your current paid period, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again. If you subscribed through a phone app store (Apple or Google), cancel and request refunds through that app store.
Refunds. Because membership gives immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error, or have not accessed any content in a new period, contact us at info@davidmuirfitness.com within 30 days and we will review a refund in good faith.
Free content. Free videos remain free and require only a free account.
Refunds. Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event date — contact us at info@davidmuirfitness.com and we will refund to your original payment method. Within 14 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another person; just send us their name.
If we cancel or reschedule. If David cancels an event, you receive a full refund. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date, or you may request a full refund.
Online events. Where a recording is provided afterwards, access to the recording may make the ticket non-refundable once the event has taken place.
Digital programs give immediate, permanent access and are therefore non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. If something is not working, contact info@davidmuirfitness.com and we will fix access or refund at our discretion.
UK and EU consumers usually have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. For digital content this right can be waived when you agree to immediate access at checkout — our checkout captures this consent, which is why immediate-access content is non-refundable once you have started using it. Where a full refund is required by law (for example if we cancel an event), you will always receive it.
