Our content is general fitness and wellbeing information, not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. You take part at your own risk and should consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, have an injury or a medical condition. Please see our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and disputes are subject to the courts of Scotland. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
